Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Lexington, KY (Fayette Mall). Deliver luxury retail service and meet sales goals for Coach in Lexington.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
- Use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture client data, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and encourage repeat purchases.
- Leverage social selling platforms and short-form video to drive engagement, support live-stream shopping and generate new business.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement while following asset protection procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust-based team environment, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, manage multiple customers concurrently, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
- Perform physical tasks required by the role, including regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and bending, climbing or kneeling as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and experience using mobile POS.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies, reading price/release sheets, and following retail policies and asset-protection procedures.
- Social media savvy with experience or willingness to support live-stream shopping, video demos and social selling (preferred).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of retail sales experience, with preference given to candidates with luxury retail or fashion experience and demonstrated success meeting sales KPIs and executing clienteling/omni-channel selling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or fashion-related coursework preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
