Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Lehi, Utah — join Coach (Tapestry) as a retail Sales Associate focused on omnichannel clienteling and elevated service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised client experiences in accordance with brand style and service standards.
  • Drive sales performance through personalised styling, cross-selling, upselling and executing individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, facilitate transactions and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Source, nurture and convert new and existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high-energy, organised sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support team performance by assisting colleagues across functional areas and fostering a collaborative, trust-based environment.
  • Participate in brand training, inclusion initiatives and accept feedback to adapt behaviours and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile POS; basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
  • Clienteling, data acquisition and social/live-stream selling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and to climb, bend and kneel to manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or boutique experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
