Coach Sales Associate position in Leeds, UK: part-time luxury retail role delivering personalized shopping experiences and driving sales through omni-channel expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS platforms
- Basic computer skills including iPad and laptop operation
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment including nights, weekends, and peak trading periods
- Luxury retail background strongly preferred
- Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or clienteling practices preferred
