Coach in Leeds, Alabama seeks a part-time Sales Associate — deliver luxury service, drive omni-channel sales, and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized customer service consistent with Coach style and service standards.
- Proactively build and maintain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and follow-up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and convert opportunities.
- Manage daily store operations: cash wrap transactions, returns/exchanges, online order pickup, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and stockroom standards; ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked and compliant with asset-protection policies.
- Support inventory cycles and loss-prevention procedures; accurately process shipments and product movement.
- Adapt selling techniques to customer needs and high-traffic periods while sustaining high energy on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); experience with mobile POS and clienteling tools.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and familiarity with mobile POS and clienteling tools preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail/merchandising training preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
