Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Leeds, Alabama. Deliver personalised luxury retail service, clienteling and omnichannel sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Drive individual and store sales by cross‑selling, upselling and executing tailored product recommendations to meet KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans aligned with store objectives and participate in brand initiatives and training programmes.
- Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and inventory processing.
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking, replenishing and maintaining an organised stockroom and sales floor.
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards across the sales floor; follow POS and asset‑protection procedures.
- Multi‑task on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional composure during peak periods, events and holiday trading.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, foster a trust‑based team environment and assist colleagues as required.
- Adhere to health & safety and ADA accommodation practices; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and perform routine physical tasks.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop for clienteling and transactions.
- Familiarity with walkie‑talkie communication and the ability to read price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social‑media savvy with experience in social selling, short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Capable of regular lifting (at least 25 lbs) and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
Minimum of one year in sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail; proven track record of meeting sales targets and executing clienteling and omnichannel selling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
