Coach in Leeds is hiring a Sales Associate (full-time) to deliver luxury client service, drive omnichannel sales and support store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and traditional POS to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order fulfilment accurately and efficiently.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video or live-stream demos to capture client data and expand the client base.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom maintenance.
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement while following asset protection procedures.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; assist teammates in functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience or interest in live-stream shopping, short-form video and client acquisition through digital channels.

Experience

Minimum of one year in sales, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrated track record of clienteling, upselling and achieving targets.
