Coach Sales Associate
Coach in Leeds, Alabama is hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales for Tapestry's Coach brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling guidance and proactive follow-up.
- Achieve personal and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and drive repeat business.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional presentation.
- Complete daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and oversee product movement between sales floor and stockroom.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection measures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and stocked.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency using Mobile POS systems, iPad/laptop devices and basic retail technology; comfortable with walkie-talkie communication.
- Demonstrable customer service skills, styling ability and knowledge of current fashion trends and competitors.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience preferred and advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
