Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate III in Lee, Massachusetts — front-line retail role focused on omni-channel selling and clienteling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service consistent with Coach styling and service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive revenue via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms, social selling and short-form video — to capture client data and convert sales.
  • Manage transactions and omni-channel fulfilment (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) efficiently and accurately.
  • Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and asset protection protocols.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation, ensure product availability and assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, trainings and inclusion activities while demonstrating adaptability to feedback and business change.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS on iPad/laptop; comfortable with walkie‑talkie communication and reading price/release sheets.
  • Demonstrated clienteling and data‑acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or product video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; previous luxury or fashion retail background preferred, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and executing clienteling strategies.
