Coach is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Lawrenceville, NJ (Quaker Bridge Mall). Deliver elevated client service and drive sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach style and service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored client conversations; meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and follow up on leads to close transactions.
- Process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
- Perform daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and comfort using iPad/laptop and mobile POS devices.
- Familiarity with clienteling, social selling and short-form video or live-stream shopping is preferred.
- Strong spoken English proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
