Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Lawrenceville, NJ (Quaker Bridge Mall). Part-time retail role delivering luxury client service and omnichannel selling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the on-floor ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data, process transactions and support omnichannel sales.
- Perform daily store operations: cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, receiving and stockroom management.
- Support inventory cycles, assist teammates across functions, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
- Adapt selling techniques to fluctuating traffic, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and use mobile devices (iPad/laptop) for sales and clienteling.
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend and maneuver within retail and stockroom environments.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; candidates with prior luxury retail or premium brand experience and a record of meeting sales targets are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail, merchandising or business is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
