Coach Sales Associate position in Laval, Quebec. Part-time retail role at Carrefour Laval, $16.60–$19.00/hr. Benefits include health insurance, paid leave, and tuition assistance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to Coach brand guidelines and service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization, cleanliness, and proper product stocking
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster collaborative team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Maintain professional demeanor and adapt to feedback and changing business priorities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
- Ability to work at a fast pace and lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Strong English language proficiency
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background preferred. Familiarity with fashion trends and competitor offerings required. Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and social media engagement is preferred.
Education
Not specified; combination of retail sales experience and education will be considered in lieu of traditional educational requirements.
