Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV — deliver elevated, omni‑channel client experiences at the Las Vegas Outlet Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering personalized, elevated client experiences in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and sustain client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream demos) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Operate the sales floor during peak traffic with high energy—manage multiple clients and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Execute daily operational duties: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap and POS accuracy.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process inventory, replenish stock and maintain stockroom organisation.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are clean, organised and well-stocked.
- Follow all retail policies and asset protection procedures; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept and act on feedback to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and mobile POS workflows (iPad/laptop), and basic computer skills.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience is strongly preferred. Experience using mobile POS and clienteling platforms, and familiarity with social or video-driven selling is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
