Coach — Las Vegas, NV: Part-time Sales Associate. Deliver personalised luxury retail service and omnichannel selling at the Las Vegas Premium Coach store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and nurture lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalised styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert engagements to sales.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory receipt and replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain an organised, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS procedures, asset-protection and loss-prevention policies.
  • Support store initiatives, participate in training and inclusion activities, and assist teammates across functional areas as business needs require.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop) and familiarity with walkie‑talkie communications.
  • Strong English language proficiency and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak season periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a customer-focused mindset.

Experience

Minimum one year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling or omnichannel selling is preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
