Coach Sales Associate in Las Vegas, NV — part-time retail role at Coach (Tapestry) delivering elevated client service and omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering personalized, elevated client experiences consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through product expertise, styling advice, follow-up and data-driven clienteling to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video); process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently.
- Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, basic visual merchandising and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain a high-energy sales floor, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Support inventory cycles, keep sales floor and stockroom organized, and assist teammates in functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; receive feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and customer data acquisition (preferred).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or fashion experience preferred and experience using mobile POS and clienteling platforms is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail, fashion or hospitality education or certifications are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
