Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver luxury service and drive sales at the Las Vegas Outlet Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised in‑store shopping experience consistent with brand standards and the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through expert product knowledge, personalised styling and proactive follow‑up.
- Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and meeting individual and store KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities across channels.
- Execute daily operational tasks: transactions, inventory receiving, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and asset‑protection procedures.
- Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
- Support store initiatives, participate in training and inclusion activities, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and performing cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
- Able to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
- Strong English proficiency.

Experience
At least one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred. Experience with clienteling, social selling or live‑stream/video product demonstrations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
