Coach seeks a Part‑time Sales Associate in Las Vegas to deliver luxury service and drive sales at the Las Vegas Outlet Center.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised in‑store shopping experience consistent with brand standards and the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through expert product knowledge, personalised styling and proactive follow‑up.
  • Drive sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture client data and convert opportunities across channels.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: transactions, inventory receiving, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and asset‑protection procedures.
  • Maintain a high‑energy sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Support store initiatives, participate in training and inclusion activities, and assist teammates across functional areas as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems and performing cash transactions accurately.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and holidays.
  • Able to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and perform physical tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
  • Strong English proficiency.

Experience

At least one year of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred. Experience with clienteling, social selling or live‑stream/video product demonstrations is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
