Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations aligned with customer needs
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers and adapting selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while following retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and company inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors promptly, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS operation
- Ability to read price sheets, release sheets, and communicate via walkie-talkie
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Luxury retail background and experience with clienteling and data acquisition (preferred)
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of fashion trends, competitor analysis, and proven ability to meet sales targets. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
