Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked in compliance with retail policies
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Strong proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Fluent English language skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with retail operations including price sheets, inventory management, and asset protection procedures

Experience
1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling tools is advantageous.
