Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations tailored to customer preferences
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales opportunities
  • Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked in accordance with retail policies
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas to support store operations
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and company inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media expertise and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition experience (preferred)
