Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service and upholding brand standards.
- Provide personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and proactive prospecting.
- Execute omni‑channel selling: use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Develop and follow personal sales plans and manage KPIs; source new customers and perform timely follow‑up.
- Operate the cash wrap and process transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, execute replenishment and inventory cycles, and keep sales floor and stockroom organised.
- Follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection guidelines while supporting day‑to‑day store operations.
- Support teammates across functional areas, participate in training and brand initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad/laptop for sales workflows.
- Familiarity with clienteling tools and customer data capture techniques.
- Social media savvy with experience in short‑form video, live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred).
- Strong English language proficiency as required for the role.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple customers and priorities.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in luxury retail or premium fashion environments.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent); a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
