Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand service standards and the Coach Guide to Style
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain client relationships, and follow up strategically to close sales
- Maintain high energy and presence on the sales floor while managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
- Keep sales floor and stockroom organized, stocked, and clean; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles through receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; encourage peer performance and participation in brand initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends, competitive landscape, and product categories
- Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, iPad/laptop, and basic computer skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
- Physical capability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Experience with live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, or social media engagement preferred
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background preferred. Familiarity with fashion trends, competitor awareness, and ability to adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant retail or hospitality experience and further education will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.25 per hour.
