Coach Sales Associate (part-time) in Landquart, Switzerland. Deliver luxury retail experiences, drive sales, and support store operations at the Coach Outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising whilst maintaining service standards
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom cleanliness, organization, and stock levels; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced retail environment

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Strong German and English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and peak trading periods
  • Luxury retail background (preferred)
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred)
