Coach seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Landquart, Switzerland to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni-channel sales at Landquart Outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for Coach, delivering personalised, elevated luxury service according to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain enduring client relationships through styling advice, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute individual sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilise mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert engagements.
- Perform daily store operations: transact purchases/returns/online pickups, manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness and asset protection procedures while supporting teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and adapt to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment and to multi-task on a busy sales floor.
- Experience operating POS and mobile POS on iPad/laptop; familiarity with inventory processing and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English proficiency (explicitly required).
- Social‑selling aptitude and clienteling/data acquisition skills; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.

Minimum of one year of sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium retail; demonstrable track record of meeting individual sales targets and delivering client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer‑service qualifications advantageous. Formal tertiary education in fashion or business is optional.
