Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience in accordance with brand style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, replenish stock and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, floor presentation and stockroom organisation; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy and professionalism; support teammates in other functional areas as required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviour to improve performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to use POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) for transactions and clienteling.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos is an advantage.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English proficiency required.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail background and experience with omni-channel selling and clienteling preferred.
Education
No specific formal qualification required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

This position is based in Landquart, Grisons, Switzerland, within easy reach of Zurich.
