Coach (Tapestry) seeks a Part‑Time Sales Associate in Landquart, Switzerland to deliver personalised luxury retail and omni‑channel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalized luxury shopping experiences in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and tailored recommendations to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
- Operate mobile POS and in-store transaction processes efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Leverage clienteling tools, social selling and short-form video/live-stream channels to capture customer data and stimulate omni-channel sales.
- Support daily store operations: inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation and asset protection procedures.
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to peak business periods.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate a calm, professional demeanour.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas to foster a trust-based, performance-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and handling multiple customer interactions concurrently.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail, clienteling or omni-channel selling experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail training preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

This position is based in Landquart, Grisons, Switzerland, within easy reach of Zurich.
