Coach is hiring a full‑time Sales Associate in Lancaster, PA. Deliver luxury client experiences and support omni‑channel retail sales at Coach.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Operate mobile POS and traditional POS systems to process purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups efficiently and accurately.
  • Use clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture client data, promote product stories and support omni-channel sales.
  • Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures: receive shipments, process inventory, and ensure accurate product movement between stockroom and sales floor.
  • Maintain high floor energy; serve multiple customers concurrently and adapt selling techniques to fluctuating business needs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, trust-based team environment; assist colleagues across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training.
  • Uphold brand inclusion and service training commitments; accept feedback and sustain a calm, professional demeanor during peak periods.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop for sales and clienteling.
  • Familiarity with clienteling tools and data acquisition techniques; social media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Ability to read price/release sheets and operate retail communications equipment (e.g., walkie-talkie).
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend, kneel and manage sales floor and stockroom activity.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience; previous luxury retail experience is preferred. Experience using POS and clienteling platforms, social selling, or live-stream/video demos is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered. Vocational retail or customer service training is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
