Coach seeks a Temporary Sales Associate to serve as a front-line brand ambassador at Colorado Mills. This role combines luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and personalized client engagement to drive sales and build lasting customer relationships. The incumbent will deliver elevated shopping experiences, meet individual and store performance targets, and support daily retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and embody the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms—including short-form video content—to capture customer data and encourage repeat business
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, cultivate relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting selling techniques to meet business objectives
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service excellence
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout the sales floor and stockroom; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently—including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required and foster a collaborative, trust-based work environment
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome and act upon constructive feedback; maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced retail setting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
- Product knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad and laptop), mobile POS operation, and walkie-talkie communication
- Ability to read price sheets and release schedules accurately
- Strong English language proficiency
- Capability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, peak seasonal periods, and high-traffic retail days
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment and drive personal sales performance is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and demonstrated sales experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Lakewood, Colorado, USA, with easy access to Denver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
