Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product knowledge and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize Mobile POS, clienteling tools, social selling platforms and short-form video to capture client data and convert sales.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: visual merchandising, organization, asset protection and compliance with retail policies.
- Adapt selling approach to peak periods and multiple customers; participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and accept feedback to improve performance.
- Perform physical duties as required (regularly lift at least 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems and mobile devices (Mobile POS, iPad, laptop); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy season and public holidays; capable of performing physical demands of the role.

Minimum of one year of sales experience; prior experience in luxury or branded retail, omnichannel selling and clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
