Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, consistently delivering personalised, elevated client experiences in line with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through styling advice, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data, process transactions and convert online-to-store opportunities.
- Execute daily store operations: cash wrap, returns/exchanges, online order pickups, inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
- Maintain a tidy, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to asset protection, POS and retail policy procedures.
- Support inventory cycles and product movement, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
- Sustain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bend, kneel and manoeuvre on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; experience within luxury or premium fashion retail and demonstrated success meeting sales targets are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
