Coach in Lake George, NY is hiring a Temporary Sales Associate (part‑time) to deliver luxury retail service and drive omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, delivering elevated, personalised luxury service aligned with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and sustain client relationships through expert styling, product knowledge and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Sell across channels using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video and live demos) to capture customer data and close sales.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, processing transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Maintain an organised, well‑stocked sales floor and stockroom, complying with POS, asset protection and retail policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and product movement; assist teammates across functional areas as needed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, trust‑based team environment and participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven comfort with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and use of mobile POS systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (occasional lifts to 50 lbs), and perform stockroom/sales‑floor tasks (climb, bend, kneel).
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
