Coach in Lake George, NY is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to deliver elevated client service, omni-channel selling and meet sales KPIs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador of the brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in line with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
  • Engage in omni-channel selling: operate mobile POS, process online pickups/returns, and use clienteling tools to capture customer data.
  • Leverage social selling and short-form video/live‑stream demonstrations to acquire new clients and increase brand engagement.
  • Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and stockroom organization.
  • Maintain high standards of floor presence, manage multiple customers concurrently, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
  • Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset-protection protocols; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and continuous feedback loops to improve personal and team performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer competency (mobile POS, iPad, laptop); familiarity with clienteling tools and data capture.
  • Comfortable using social selling channels, short-form video and live-stream shopping to drive engagement (preferred).
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak retail seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom movements.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred and experience with omni-channel clienteling and social selling is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post-secondary training in retail, fashion or related field preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
