Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert online and in-store opportunities.
- Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure sales floor and stockroom are clean, organized and fully stocked; adhere to asset protection procedures.
- Support teammates across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer/mobile device use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience and social-commerce or live-stream selling exposure preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary study in retail, fashion or related fields advantageous; combination of education and experience will be considered.
