Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product recommendations to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored selling strategies.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert opportunities.
  • Plan and execute personal sales activities and follow up on leads to close sales.
  • Maintain high standards of floor presence: manage multiple customers, ensure visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organised.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, returns/exchanges and online order fulfilment.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves and controlling product movement according to store procedures.
  • Adopt a collaborative approach: assist colleagues in different functional areas and contribute to a high‑trust team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; receive feedback and adapt behaviours professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven experience operating POS systems; comfortable with iPad/laptop and Mobile POS workflows.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition capabilities; social media savvy with experience in social selling or live‑stream shopping preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
  • Strong English language proficiency and the ability to communicate fashion advice with confidence.

Experience
