Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales KPIs by cross-selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Manage multiple customers on the sales floor while maintaining high energy and professional presentation.
- Perform daily operational duties: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receiving and replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while adhering to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles and stock management, assist teammates across functional areas, and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed individual sales targets and to execute personal sales plans.
- Proficiency operating POS systems; comfortable with iPad/laptop and mobile POS workflows.
- Physical ability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and move throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
- High level of English proficiency for customer interactions and internal communication.
- Comfortable engaging on social media, producing short-form video content, or participating in live-stream shopping (preferred).
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated success meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and using clienteling and mobile POS tools to drive omni-channel sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.
