Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Deliver personalized styling and product expertise to build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling and tailored product recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture client data and stimulate repeat purchases.
- Source new customers, follow up leads and close sales through omni-channel touchpoints (in-store, online pickup, social).
- Perform daily store operations including cash wrap, efficient transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized, clean and properly stocked.
- Follow retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols; assist teammates across functional areas as business needs require.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt behaviors while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
- Meet physical requirements of the role: regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; climb, bend, kneel and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficient operating POS systems and basic computers (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Social media savvy with experience in social selling, live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred; clienteling and data acquisition skills advantageous.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; previous luxury retail experience and familiarity with omni-channel selling and social commerce are strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

This position is based in Kittery, Maine, USA, within easy reach of Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
