Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to brand service standards and the Coach Guide to Style
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and targeted product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and execute follow-up strategies to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting selling techniques to meet business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap management, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked; adhere to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting behaviors and maintaining professional composure when receiving feedback

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Ability to use walkie-talkies and read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
