Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail background preferred
  • Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • Social media savvy and familiarity with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition experience (preferred)

Experience
