Coach Sales Associate (Part-time) in King of Prussia, PA – luxury retail role blending brand ambassadorship with omni-channel selling and client relationship building.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while following retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and welcome feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS)
  • Proficiency with walkie-talkie communication and ability to read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video content creation (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition skills (preferred)
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Experience
