Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador while adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans while meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap procedures, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and properly stocked while following retail policies and asset protection procedures
  • Process transactions efficiently for purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in various functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and mobile point-of-sale technology
  • Basic computer literacy including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS platforms
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, and clienteling preferred
  • Experience with data acquisition and customer relationship management tools preferred
