Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow retail policies and asset protection procedures
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates in functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors
- Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency
- Proficiency with mobile POS, iPad/laptop, walkie-talkie use, and ability to read price/release sheets
- Strong English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays
Skills
Experience
1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations, and clienteling and data acquisition skills are advantageous.
