Temporary Sales Associate at Coach Kildare Outlet in Ireland. Deliver luxury retail experiences, drive sales, and support store operations in a dynamic fashion retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
- Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team key performance indicators
- Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to evolving business needs
- Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
- Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked; follow all retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
- Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
- Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
- Assist teammates across functional areas as required
- Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage collective performance
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
- Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills including iPad and laptop navigation, mobile POS operation, walkie-talkie use, and ability to read price and release sheets
- Strong English language proficiency
- Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, video demonstrations, clienteling practices, and data acquisition
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail background strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-related coursework is advantageous but not required.

This position is based in Kildare, Kildare, Ireland, within easy reach of Dublin.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 28,275 to EUR 30,000 per annum.
