Coach (Kildare, Ireland) seeks a Part-time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail service, drive omni-channel sales and support store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for Coach, delivering the brand’s Guide to Style and Service through elevated, personalized customer interactions.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships via tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Execute omni‑channel selling: capture client data, sell through Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to convert and increase lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store KPIs by developing and following personal sales plans and by cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), and adherence to POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, process stock, replenish the sales floor and maintain an organised stockroom.
- Uphold visual merchandising standards and maintain the sales floor to Coach service and presentation expectations.
- Adapt selling techniques to changing footfall and business needs while managing multiple customers with high energy and professionalism.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and apply learnings to improve performance.
- Assist teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative, trust-based store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated proficiency with POS operation and mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); comfortable reading price/release sheets.
- Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask on the sales floor and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Preferred: social-media savvy with experience in short-form video or live‑stream shopping; experience using clienteling tools and data acquisition to build clientele.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury or premium retail experience is preferred and will be viewed favorably.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
