Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
  • Cultivate and sustain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
  • Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video and live demos) to capture client data and convert omnichannel demand.
  • Operate transactions and fulfilment efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) while adhering to POS and asset-protection procedures.
  • Perform daily operational duties including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking and managing product flow between sales floor and stockroom.
  • Maintain a polished, organized sales floor and stockroom; follow retail policies and health & safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teammates, foster a trust-based environment, participate in trainings and brand initiatives, and adapt to feedback professionally.
  • Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency operating POS systems (mobile POS), iPad/laptop and walkie-talkie; able to read price and release sheets.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within store and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy and experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and customer data acquisition (preferred).
  • Capacity to perform in a high‑pace retail environment while managing multiple customers and priorities.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage.

Education
