Coach seeks a part-time Sales Associate in Kaohsiung, Taiwan to deliver personalized luxury retail experiences and drive sales through exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold the brand's style and service standards
  • Build lasting customer relationships through personalized styling advice, product expertise, and fashion guidance
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS systems, customer management tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve or exceed personal and team KPIs
  • Prospect for new customers, cultivate relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt sales techniques based on business needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks—point-of-sale transactions, inventory handling, restocking, and visual merchandising—while maintaining service standards
  • Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and well-stocked; comply with retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, shelving merchandise, and managing product flow
  • Assist team members across various functional areas as needed
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand events, training programs, and inclusive activities
  • Accept feedback constructively, adjust behavior as needed, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred; understanding of fashion trends and competitor landscape
  • Experience with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, mobile POS), ability to use two-way radios, and ability to read price and sale tags
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days (including public holidays)

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant sales experience will be considered.
