Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Deliver luxury retail experiences and omni‑channel sales for Coach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for Coach, consistently delivering the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and sustain client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling, upselling and executing personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Leverage mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and generate omni‑channel sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep sales floor and stockroom organized, clean and fully stocked.
- Adhere to POS procedures, asset protection and loss‑prevention policies while supporting inventory cycles and stock management.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; support teammates across functional areas to foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); able to read price/release sheets and use walkie‑talkie radios.
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Physically able to work a retail environment at a fast pace: regularly lift 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb; able to climb, bend and kneel.
- Social media savvy with experience in live‑stream shopping or video demonstrations, clienteling and data acquisition is preferred.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or sales experience; prior luxury retail or clienteling experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
