Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Kaohsiung, Taiwan to deliver luxury client service and drive omni-channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Coach on the sales floor in accordance with brand standards and the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and convert sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and pursue new client acquisition and follow-up activities.
- Manage transactions efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pick-ups) and maintain POS accuracy.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain an organised, stocked and secure sales floor and stockroom; comply with asset protection and retail policies.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas and participate in brand trainings and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high‑energy, client-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience operating POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS.
- Comfort with social selling and live-stream/video demonstrations (preferred).
- Physical ability to lift approximately 25 lb routinely (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend and manoeuvre in stockroom and sales floor.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; previous luxury retail or premium-brand experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
