Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the on‑floor ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Develop and sustain client relationships through tailored styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat purchases and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans and KPIs.
- Leverage omni‑channel tools — mobile POS, clienteling platforms, and social selling (including short‑form video) — to capture client data and facilitate purchases.
- Perform daily store operations: manage cash wrap, process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), receive and replenish inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a high level of floor energy, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to shifting business needs and peak periods.
- Support loss prevention and asset protection procedures; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with retail policies.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and store‑level projects; assist teammates across functional areas as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop/Mobile POS); comfortable using walkie‑talkies and reading price/release sheets.
- Strong proficiency in English for customer interaction and internal communication.
- Social media savvy with experience or comfort in live‑stream shopping, video demos, or short‑form content (preferred).
- Capacity to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, high‑traffic days and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

At least one year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience and demonstrable clienteling or social‑selling experience are preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
