Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a frontline ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized luxury service and upholding Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and nurture client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans.
- Operate mobile POS and process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups); support inventory cycles including receiving shipments and replenishment.
- Leverage clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and drive omni‑channel sales.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation standards, execute basic visual merchandising and follow asset protection and retail policies.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment, participate in training and brand initiatives, and adapt professionally to feedback.
- Perform physical tasks required for retail operations, including lifting product (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs) and maintaining stock organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer/mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); familiarity with walkie‑talkie communication.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury fashion retail or premium lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
