Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Coach, embodying the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards in all customer interactions
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, comprehensive product knowledge, and fashion consultation
  • Drive sales performance through strategic cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations based on customer preferences
  • Leverage mobile POS systems, clienteling tools, and digital platforms including social selling and short-form video content to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source and engage new customers, maintain ongoing relationships, and conduct follow-up activities to close sales
  • Maintain high floor energy, manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to align with business requirements
  • Execute daily operational responsibilities including cash wrap management, inventory processing, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising while upholding service excellence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom environment; ensure strict adherence to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process all transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles through shipment receipt, shelf stocking, and product movement management
  • Provide cross-functional support to team members across operational areas as needed
  • Foster a collaborative and trust-based team environment; actively encourage team performance and collective success
  • Engage in brand initiatives, training programs, and diversity and inclusion activities
  • Demonstrate adaptability to feedback and maintain composure and professionalism in demanding situations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer competency including iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to operate walkie-talkies and read price and release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Social media familiarity and experience with live-stream shopping or video demonstrations (preferred)
  • Clienteling and customer data acquisition expertise (preferred)
