Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Deliver personalised styling and product advice to build long-term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and client follow-up.
  • Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and drive repeat business.
  • Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), cash wrap, inventory receiving, replenishment and stockroom management.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and floor standards; keep sales floor and stockroom organized and fully stocked.
  • Support inventory cycles and asset protection procedures; participate in shipment receiving and product movement.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates, cover functional retail areas as required and contribute to a trust-based team environment.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; accept feedback and adapt professional behaviour as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet personal sales goals and contribute to team KPIs.
  • Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop); comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie-talkies.
  • Physical capability to work on the sales floor: routinely lift 25 lb (up to 50 lb occasionally), bend, climb and manage stockroom tasks.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping, short-form video or video demos and clienteling is preferred.

Experience
